AI integration testing plan runs only after Jon approves the key
Scores are computed from the dev snapshot with the formula below. Room groups come from data/snapshot.json → config.room_groups (user-editable).

Growth plays

Every total below is labeled with its date basis. Gross, net receipts, stay-attributed revenue, outstanding, expenses and estimated operating surplus are never mixed without a label.

Anonymization: all money figures are demo data = real figures × 0.83, rounded.

Estimated Operating Surplus = net receipts minus Jon's preliminary VND 35M/month building estimate (shown here ×0.83 = demo figures). It is meant to cover building-level operating costs (utilities, staffing, common areas); per-room costs and cleaning/turnover are NOT tracked, and per-room profit is not computed.

Install on iPhone

  1. Open this page in Safari (not Chrome — iOS only allows install from Safari).
  2. Tap the Share button in the toolbar.
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
  4. Open S79 Intel from your home screen — it runs full-screen, offline-ready.

iOS requires this manual path — there is no App Store build yet, and Apple doesn't allow programmatic PWA installation.

Native apps later (Capacitor)

This app is dependency-free and path-relative, so it can be wrapped with Capacitor for real iOS/Android apps. Outline: npm i @capacitor/core @capacitor/cli → npx cap init → npx cap add ios / npx cap add android → npx cap sync → open in Xcode / Android Studio. Full notes in docs/capacitor-path.md.

Caveats: disable or adjust the service worker inside the native wrapper; Apple review will require a real login story (this demo gate won't pass).
